Of course I had to do a few mistakes when putting together 2.4.0. Thanks to Federico Filipponi and Ben Spees who reported these problems so quickly!
• The drawProc and next fields in the Face structure in SAT.h were incorrectly declared.
• The new PPC 8-bit mask blitter is now in the standard file - and in its latest version. So, all blitters in SAT blitters.rsrc should now be current and recommendable. The 16-bit blitters are still in a separate file.
• Undocumented detail: The field gSAT.screen isn't supported in this version.
• The only library change: Menu bar hiding is modified. The old system assumed that you hide the menu bar in a "modal" fashion, while new new works even in a multi-window situation with event processing.
Note: I may change the types "Sprite" and "Face" to "SATSprite" and "SATFace" in the future. Protests against this should be made now, not afterwards. One strong argument for this change is that the type "Sprite" is nowadays also in QuickTime.
